Answers to frequently asked questions.

  1. What is the cancelation policy?

    You must contact us by phone or email at least 48 hours prior to the reservation date. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

  2. Can I bring pets?

    Unfortunately animals are not permitted in any accommodations.

  3. How do I modify my reservation?

    Please call or email us with any modifications as soon as possible. Failure to cancel a reservation within 48 will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

  4. How do travel to the hotel/hostel?

  5. Do you have laundry machines?

    No, but for a fee ($11.50 including tax) our maids will wash, dry and fold your laundry. Please pickup your laundry bag at the reception and drop-off your laundry prior to noon.

  6. Can I rent a lock?

    We offer locks for a deposit ($10) which is refunded in full when the lock is returned.

  7. Is bedding and towels provided?

    All bedding and multiple sized towels are provided to each guest regardless of your accommodation type.

  8. Can I bring my own food?

    Yes, each room is equipped with a mini fridge and all guest have access to the kitchen from 10AM - 9PM.

  9. Can I bring my own alcohol?

    Due to our liquor licence you must drink any alcohol purchased outside our establishment within your room only.

  10. What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is 2pm Check-out is 11am.

  11. What time is Breakfast?

    7am - 10am
